My quest for the perfect dark grey jeans has ended and I'm the happiest gal. I found these Rag&Bone jeans on My Theresa a few months ago but unfortunately they sold out faster than I could click "add to bag". Since then I tried several ones but never with much success. When I saw them again on Stylebop (and on sale), let me tell you that my credit card was out before I could take my next breath. I'm also wearing my brand new Alexander Wang clutch, another sale finding.
Just this once I'm showing my face on an outfit post and I think I need to tell you a few words about it. Since I started the outfit posts back in the Spring I have received countless emails asking me why I don't show my face. Countless times I answered that it is not my intention to have my image displayed out there on the web with no means to control it. It is a personal decision and because this is my personal blog, this is how it will be. But because it's the new year and I since I do think my dear readers deserve to see a more personal side of me at least once a year, here I am.

DeleteOh it's really nice to see you and you look lovely. Such a nice surprise for the new year. I didn't put my face on originally - too shy - and I thought I would scare the readers away but thankfully people are not phased by it all and it's all in the mind for me personally. I thought it would be better to leave my head off as well because I thought it would be a better way for people to assess the clothes rather than my face but I think once people see you - it seems to break down some barriers and people relate better. But at the end of the day - only do what feels right for you. Happy 2013! I like the beanie topping!
